Karen's primary goal is to exceed her clients' expectations when buying or selling their home. She is responsive to her clients’ needs and is skilled at listening to clients and tailoring solutions to fit their needs. Having been a former high school teacher and having a few thousand inner-city teenagers pass through her classroom, Karen is practiced at both negotiation and education. She was committed to her students' well-being and is now applying that same enthusiasm and commitment to her Real Estate clients’ well-being. In addition, Karen is passionate about helping clients build wealth and achieve financial freedom through Real Estate Investments. Her secondary goal is to educate clients on the benefits of Real Estate Investing, whether it’s a primary resident or an out-of-state property, and to help them grow their investments in order to achieve their own unique life goals. Karen has a Bachelor of Science degree in geology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in liberal studies with a mathematics minor. She has been a member of the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the San Francisco Association of Realtors since 2006.
